Safety shoes that are absolutely qualified have undergone rigorous testing, allowing us to see how they are manufactured.
A good pair of safety shoes requires high-quality leather. We not only measure the proportion and thickness of each piece of leather, but also test its stretch, chromium content, and pH value
Leather can only be stored for use after passing inspection, and every pair of steel toe caps and steel plates must meet the standards. Therefore, we randomly check 5% of each steel toe cap and midsole, and only after 100% pass can they be stored.
Then our cutting workshop offers two types of cutting: fully automatic computerized cutting and manual stamping of leather. The leather has now been cut according to the design drawings. Then it was sent to the sewing workshop, where we hired experienced sewing talents. Well cut leather is now being skillfully sewn by our sewing skills.
Next is the molding step, where the shoe upper is coated with sliders, steel toe caps, and steel plates. After shaping and heating, we can see the rough appearance of the shoe without a outsole. Our safety shoes have a double density PU outsole and midsole, made of foam PU material, with a very light, soft, and comfortable feel. The outsole is made of high-density rubber material, which makes the shoes more durable. The outsole material also uses rubber and TPU.
We first place the formed shoe upper, and then inject the outsole material and the robot's bottom line with an injection gun to polish the shoe upper and fit the material.
Another robot sprays glue onto the shoe upper along the polishing area, and then another spray gun fills the midsole material into the mold. Then place the shoe upper again and press it down until it allows for bubbling
Produce a pair of safety shoes after cooling.
Every pair of safety shoes must undergo strict inspection and packaging.
